Stay Away From This Company! - Purchased Refund Option Not Honoured

Paid for the service of being able to request a FULL refund in case of cancellation, yet got refunded R648.92 less! Call centre is not of much help. Incredibly unprofessional service. I will however not be leaving this here because advertising a service which you do not deliver (and making a client pay for it) constitutes *****.
