Stay Away

I booked a flight this morning. The money was deducted from my acct. All day it says "processing". Tonight I get an email saying it's declined by the carrier. I will supposedly have to wait 5-7 days for the pre authorisation to be returned to me. I called my bank and was told that they would have to cancel my card and issue a new card. I have to book a flight for a family emergency and now edreams has hijacked the funds I had. I don't have the funds now to book a new flight. Stay away from edreams. They are ******* and sharks!!
