SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, my flights to and from Italy in July 2019 had to be cancelled and I requested a refund. To date, this has not happened and I am not amused as it is a fair amount of money and, being self-employed and many of my clients not being able to work during the lockdown, I have had to resort to using retirement savings. One cannot email them, my account with them seems to have been lost ! Now what !
