I bought return tickets to Durban on the 24th of April, however when I got to the airport I was told by Flysafair that I'm not on their system. I had to buy tickets 3× the amount I bought them for. I contacted eDreams regarding the matter on the 25th and I was given a reference number and told someone will contact me regarding my refund. But till today nothing has happened.
