I Bought a Plane ticket through eDreams. I decided to pay the extra tarrif for a premium ticket because of the corona cirus pandemic and uncertanty of flights. Hiwever my flight was canceled by the airline and i asked to move my ticket forward which emirates did. I stil could nit make the flight and requested a Refund from eDreams. Now they say i have to wait 3 to 6 months for my refund and i need this money to fly within a weak. Yhe agents wont assist me and if you try and speak to their stupid machine it just sends you in circles. I phoned once and spoke to an human agent and he send a mail that says to reply to this message but the email adress says do not reply. I want another ticket or money to use a legit company because i feel eDreams are not honest. The ticket i bought was with eDreams and not the Airlines. Now they say i must wait for the airlines. I could have paid nuch leas if i dealt with the airline directly i have no contract with the airline. I paid eSeeams and have a contract with them. I want my Refund. This Company is a ****!!!!
