****MED AND UNABLE TO GET ON MY FLIGHT

Absolutely disgusted with their services. Booked my ticket to fly back home using their website, however when I got to the airport on the day of my flight apparently my booking isn't valid?

I contacted my bank double checking that the payment of this ticket went through, and IT DID! Yet I was still denied to fly as my ticket was still 'processing'.

Can't find customer service, their AI Customer Service on their app did not do any help. Requested a refund and had to call an international number to do so?
