**** funds, no service when theres problems

we booked a flight from durban to jhb one way for R2200 morning flight. when we paid with credit card they over charged us for R5500. they sent us invoice for R2200 via email. so there system had problem so we tried to cancel. we clicked on the bookings management and it doesnt allow as it said system fault. we tried calling but always put down or no answer during the day. there refund policy must cancel before departure or else no refund. luckily i know someone from the bank to block payment. How can this company do this, **** money and no service. we clicked on the link as it was promoted by google ads. I'll never use them again. Caused so much headache. must find somewhere on google to report your **** site
