**** booking

I booked a return flight from Bulawayo to Durban and all funds were deducted from visa card. When I reached Johannesburg to get my connecting flight to Durban, I was not booked. I had to pay again to go to Durban as I had business to attend to. Now its difficult getting through them. Very unreliable
