!!!**********S!!! Run, run far away from eDreams

I recently booked a ticket through eDreams. Everything went well untill they deducted way more than what my grand total stipulated. I was like ok, no problem at least my ticket is booked and i had some comfort. Only for all that to be taken away. I packed my bags and ready to fly standing in the line confident and just said goodbye to loved ones. Only to get to the tellers at the airport and they like "you are not on our system, you didnt book" i nearly had a stroke there and then. I was adamant that they were wrong. I showed them my confirmation emails showed them my bank statement and they were like just book again. Im so gatvol with these people. I can't even get a hold of them!!
