Request for refund of cancelled flight ticket

In 2020 March I booked a flight to Cape Town return ticket through eDreams travel urgent for the 27 March 2020. I couldn't travel because there was a lock down that took place as the results all travelling was cancelled the eDreams booking ***, and the flight is Fly Safair ticket ref no is XKNWDE, the refund request was done in July 202, until today I haven't received anything.
