3 Months after I booked and fully paid, BRITISH AIRWAYS COLLAPSED!! Immediately panic alarms hit me, yes it is difficult to get hold of you on the phone or by email - so I thought to myself, thats it I have lost money and it was my own fault! A month later on your system I try to put a claim in to get my money back, I did make piece that I am not going to get anything BUT IT IS WORTH A TRY

3 Months after I claimed, forgotten about it, I woke up the next morning checking my bank account - AND YOU FULLY REFUNDED ME FOR THE FLIGHT!!

WRITING THIS IN CAPITAL BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT - THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!! EVEN THE FLIGHTS GOING TO CAPE TOWN WENT DOWN SO SMOOTH, WALKED IN, BOOKED OUR LUGGAGE AND OFF WE WENT TO CAPE TOWN, WITH THE MONEY IN OUR POCKETS YOU REFUNDED US ON OUR RETURN FLIGHTS.
