Refund/Reschedule Flight

This is the worst company in the whole world. They even know my name and voice when I call the call centre as I am always calling. Everyday the tell me to call back later as they do not have access to the airline. I told the guy that he should have just told me the truth instead of me calling for 2 months trying to move my ticket. This company lies through their teeth for a living. Now I must pop out money and book again.
