Refund of flight

I booked a flight from Cape town to Durban with Flysafair for 5 June to 8 june 2025. Money was deducted by eDreams R4953, Flysafair says I'm not booked on their flight. I cannot get hold of eDreams as I want a refund on my ticket . Reference *** Carmen Klink
