Refund not happening after booking through E-Dreams

Good day.

So I booked a flight through E-Dreams on the 12 February 2026 and was informed by Lufthansa that the flight was cancelled due to a cabin strike.

I then since that time have been waiting for my full refund and to date i keep on being told that they are waiting for Lufthansa to refund the amount.

Lufthansa has already indicated that the refund has been approved but I think E-dreams are not doing what needs to be done and hence I am still waiting for the past 4 months for my refund.

I will not recommend that anyone wanting to book an airline ticket should use E-Dreams as they are not reliable.
