Refund from eDreams

I need help to get a refund from eDreams after booking a flight on the 29th of September 2021 for my son to India. During check-in we were told that he can't go via Dubai,because he does not have a Visa to be there. We had to buy a new ticket from Qatar Airways. I could not email them and the Chatbot was not helpful in lodging my claim.
