refund

i booked a ticket on the 26th April, received confirmation and payment went off my account. got to the airport and no booking as made. had to buy a new ticket and since the 26 April till 29 April not help on telephone line and no idee how to claim back my money that was already paid on the 26 April. Will never ever make the mistake to book with edreams again
