Refund

I paid edreams R2433 for a return ticket from cape town to johannesburg on arrival at the airport safair informed me no booking was done. I had to pay for a return ticket at safair as I had to go to my sons wedding. I tried all formats of getting hold of edreams to get my money back. No susses. If anyone can tell me how I can get the owner to appear in cape town court please advise me.th
