REFUND - A **** E-Dreams!

I had to change my booking as a matter of urgency. I was told that they would cancel my flight and I needed to do another flight and as long as I rebooked with the same airline and to the same destination, they would give me a refund. All I'm getting is the sound of crickets, nothing, nada!!!!! I will never book through them again. There is no contact info anywhere for them and you get no response from the e-mail addresses they do supply. ************!
