Subject: Urgent Refund Request – CemAir Flight Cancellation

Good day,

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my CemAir flight, which I was unable to take due to issues with the aircraft.

Yesterday, we were informed that CemAir could not fly us due to technical issues with the aircraft and that we would need to make alternative arrangements. This left us stranded and forced us to make last-minute travel arrangements at our own expense, causing significant financial strain and unnecessary stress.

I was advised that because I booked my flight through eDreams, I would need to contact them directly for a refund. However, despite making numerous attempts to contact eDreams through every available channel, I have received no assistance or resolution.

I find this entire experience extremely disappointing and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should not have to bear the financial consequences of a flight disruption that was beyond my control,
