R195 monthly fee - FOR WHAT!

Booked a flight through them - was great.

Then I started noticing R195 going of every month, it is already three months now, I can't get hold of their call centre and their email does not want to go through. I called my bank, and they say I need to stop my whole card. This thing is unacceptable. (I did not sign up for prime!)
