Poor service by eDreams

I do not even want to give them 1 star! My sister and brother in law who had a booking with them to Paraguay, flew out on 28 Nov and was supposed to return to SA on 30 Jan 2021. They were informed by eDreams the booking was cancelled. The next flight was supposed to be 8 Feb. That was cancelled as well! When you phone the office to try and get another booking, the front line office answers fairly quickly but then has to put you through to the booking office to make the change to the dates and issue the tickets. Just no reply from them. I hung on for literally hours and no response. They took their money (R36000 plus) and now we cannot get a return flight for them. Bottomline they are stuck in Paraguay and the company who took their money are incapable or unwilling to get them onto another flight!

Absolute poor service!
