Poor customer service

The company cancelled my flight ticket and did not inform me about the cancellation until I phoned a few days before my scheduled departure they told me the app cancelled my flight and i have to wait for almost 30 days for return of my money as i kept phoning i got different answers from all the people i spoke with as well as they put me on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time when i asked them for a reason the app cancelled my flight not one of the people could tell me why it was cancelled.
