Poor customer service

I booked flights and hotel accommodation through Edreams. Flights were good and the one hotel was good, however the second hotel had no record of my booking and I had to pay cash for the first night and go to another hotel for the rest of the trip, paying out of my pocket. It has now been more than a week that I am struggling to get a refund. They still stick with the story that the accommodation was confirmed. I gave them the number and the name of the manager wt the hotel that I spoke to on arrival. This is daylight ******* and would not recommend anyone to book through this company.
