Pathetic Service

Booked a flight a month ago, informed them on the 11the on Now that flights from China are not allowed to transfer in Tapei. They cannot help to change the route. Called they said I will receive feedback within 72hours, after 72 hours call they say 24hours. Call today they say 48hours. Quick to take money but don't offer any service. I would never recommend this company to anyone
