Overcharged!

If you google kulula, then this company eDreams pops up. People...never EVER book through them. They charge you double for what you could have paid. I also had to reschedule a flight and the amount that we agreed upon was NOT the amount that was deducted from my credit card. I am trying to get hold of the manager but it seems impossible. I still cannot get hold of him and now someone told me I must phone back in two hours time. These are all foreigners an are as stupid as can be. Don't even speak properly. I want them to reimburse me for the difference.
