Not a happy customer at all

I made a online booking with eDreams for FlySafair and I took out a Medical Emergency for incase something happened to my mom. I have been trying for 5 days now to get hold of this company. They do not have a contact number and they don't get back to you either and FlySafair is just as bad. be very careful when doing online bookings through a 3rd party \
