I booked a ticket on Sunday morning for Sunday evening for a flight with FlySafair on Dreams. When I checked before paying, the specific flight wasn't shown, so I paid through Dreams. We got a payment confirmation but did not receive an itinerary. Fast forward a few hours later my mom gets to the airport and there is no record of her booking with FlySafair bear in mind this was a return flight so she was stranded at the airport.
