NON existant service/support

Absolutely not customer service. Phones ring, then tell you lines are busy, with no option to hold, call just drops. No way to reach them. No replies to emails. DO NOT waste your money here, they do not CARE about their customers, once they have taken your money, you are dead to them, and you wont be able to reach them, no matter what the emergency or issue.
