NO ticket for outgoing flight

NO ticket for outgoing flight I booked online and only received one confirmation of the two flights from the airline. I have contacted the airline, and the confirmation number provided by edreams does not exist with the airline.

I sent an email to edreams, phoned them and still have no confirmation from the airline. They simply say I must go to the airport on the day of departure! That is UNACCEPTABLE service.

I cannot be expected to arrive at the airport with a confirmation number that is NOT recognised by the airline.

I sincerely hope I get a call back and a ticket ASAP from an edreams consultant.
