No refund = *******?

Used my pension to purchase 2 tickets to see grandchildren 6/4/2020. Covid happened. Airline refunded Geo Travel (Edreams) on 10 June 2022. Trying to get them to refund tickets or at least part thereof. They refuse to refund "budget tickets" normal economy class, which was all I could afford. Edreams turned my dream into a nightmare...I feel I have been ****** of a lot of money, and the priceless opportunity to be with my grandchildren. Shame on you Edreams. I will do my utmost to discourage business with this company.
