No refund after 9 months.

Airline (Egypt Air) cancelled our connecting flight 4 days before departure. We were forced to rebook with a different airline in order to make it to a wedding we were attending. The automated response system on eDreams is extremely frustrating. You cannot speak to a human being. No phone number available. The response is that airlines are taking up to 3 months to refund, however, we have waited more than 9 months now. Absolutely appalling “customer service”. Strongly discourage people from using them.
