NO REFUND after 34 days; NEVER USE eDREAMS globally to book flights.

I booked a ticket on edreams and paid R400 EXTRA so that I'd have the option of cancelling it if needed, and getting 80% of my trip fee back. Clearly I'm the sucker ... ironically ANUJ still answered my calls within a minute or two when I booked and queried; however, now, 34 days after the cancellation I held for 15 minutes after which the call was ended. When I called back, my phone number had clearly been blocked. Thankyou Anuj, for nothing. I most certainly let social media know NEVER to trust or use eDreams.co.za.
