No payment in 7 months!!!!!!!!

I did not receive the payment back.

I sent a request to you 25th May 2020.

I sent many e-mails.

Please pay me back the amount of CHF 1’464.09 to my bank account.

You mention in your e-mail that it should take less than 4 months.

When will it be paid? I wait already for more than 7 months!!!!!!
