No flight ticket issued

I have had the most draining experience ever with edreams. I booked a return flight and one of the flight tickets was not issued yet I paid for the entire return trip. There is no accountability or way forward provided by the edreams team and I had to book another flight as there has been no positive update. Im extremely disappointed and upset that I had to pay twice as much for mistake that was not on my end at all. The airline confirmed that edreams didn’t book the return flight as they don’t pick it up on their side. Yet the booking was marked confirmed.
