No flight bookings

I paid this company to book my flights. They sent an email to say the ticket was booked only for me to get to the airport and be told that the flight was never confirmed by the agent. I missed the flight . Such an inconvenience because I have urgent appointments that I am flying for. Trying to contact the agent you are directed to robots and emails that never come through to your inbox.
