No, don't even consider them.

Never, ever use this company. The last part of my flight from Dublin to Cape Town was canceled by Mango, so they canceled my entire trip from Cape Town to Dublin, with the promise of a refund. But the refund takes 5 to 7 days. By which time a flight on the same date would cost double the price. They cannot care less. They refuse to find me another flight, or simply leave out the last part of the flight and give me the ticket to Johannesburg without a flight to CT. The call centre is situated in India, so you can forget about getting assistance locally, or go to their offices. This company's whole setup is structured in such a way that they will never have to face a client face to face. Even finding the call centre number is an issue. I can safely say that I will never use them again.
