No customer care service at edreams, absolute nightmare

I have been trying to call the customer care centre and have not been able to speak to a consultant after waiting in two occasions for over 50 minutes, when I gave up. There is no email address to contact them, basically, Edreams does not ptovide any customer service. I do not know how I can resolve my issue as the airline says that I must work through the agent, which is edreams. I cannot say terrible customer care, but simply inexistent customer care. I will never use them again, I just am now stuck with such a useless organisation for this specific ticket. I hope some how this message gets to them...
