NEVER EVER USE EDREAMS - **********!!!!

I have read some of the complaints to where I have noticed that this business/**** has ****** more then a couple of people's money the same way that they stole my money.

I made a flight booking, payment deducted, and until now, it is 'not been banked' on their side from my account, flight was never confirmed by this worthless excuse of a travel agency and now struggling to get my money back. I have called numerous times and whenever I confirm my reference number, the call is not answered.

They refuse to send me a confirmation of cancelation as required from my bank to reverse the transaction.
