Never ever book with Edreams

Do not use Edreams. We were left stranded in Cape Town due to the Lufthansa strikes, and Edreams didn’t even let us know. I had to book emergency flights at a high costs to get home to Malta with a different airline, which cost a fortune. They are now saying the flight was completed, which any fool with Google can see it didn’t happen. Lufthansa has said it’s not their problem, and Edreams needs to refund me. Now I can’t get hold of anyone at edreams, and every time I want to find out what’s going on I need to repeat everything to a new customer service rep, and send proof that the flight didn’t happpen.

On top of this. I am still waiting on a previous refund from OVER A YEAR AGO!!
