Never again i will use this site

Never again i will use this site. I cancelled my booking and requested a refund since then it’s impossible to get hold of them. I sit on the phone for hours with no answer. This is a ******** site they make it easy to book flights through them but in case of a problem they just vanish with our money. To everyone out there wanting to use edreams just know that if one day you decide to cancel your booking you will never get it back
