My eDreams nightmare

I booked a flight on Tuesday evening for today 14h00 - 16h10. I arrived extremely early, before 12 o'clock and went to check in. I was shocked to discover that despite my documentary proof, the booking could not be verified. The booking reference number was ***. I then went to custoner service, yet no luck. Remember, I battled for 45 mins. to make sense, yet no positive outcome. Out of necessity, I purchased a ticket from FlySafair for R1 869, and I'm pensioner. It was like I found myself in a ****mer Payback episode on YouTube. The 2nd of January 2026 (today) was like a brutal financial massacre for me. Despite all my assertions, I must admit I book the ticket through eDreams. So, with my finite wisdom and obstinate stupidity, I actually don't know who's the culprit. I've long time ago, realized seeing is believing. EDreams you're an absolute disappointment and should be hauled in front of a commision of enquiry. I will retain the booking "invoice", sending it to all my "travelling friends" advising them in my book eDreams does not cut the mustard. .
