Most pathetic service ever.

This is such a pathetic excuse of a company and no one does their jobs. They have absolutely no care or regard for customers and are a bunch of ******. The entire point of booking through an agency is to have certain things handled on my behalf but clearly I paid these people for nothing. They haven’t been helpful trying to solve my issue at all and all I get is the same emails over and over and no genuine care or concern to actually solve anything. It’s been 3 months of trying to get them to assist me with the same issue and they say it’ll be resolved soon or they are taking it to someone else in a higher position, but it never is. I just keep getting emails telling me I need to solve it myself. How am I supposed to solve it myself when I’m the customer and I paid money for convenience? This is such a stupid company (if I can even call it a real company). Don’t use them if you don’t want to lose your money or be consumed with stress for 3 months. Everyone working for this place should be fired they are so useless. What a waste of my time and valuable money.
