Money taken from my account without my authorization

I bought a ticket from EDreams and after completing payment they again deducted without my authorization. When I asked them they say it's because I agreed to terms and conditions on the app I downloaded and I never agreed to anything terms and conditions nor did I use any app I searched on google and booked from there. I would have not bought from them if the following day they were going to deduct more money from my bank account without my consent. Why would I go and buy expensive ticket if there cheaper ones. They again come back and save I subscribed to prime and my question is why did the ticket say is a certain amount and then later come back and take more. That is the trick they use to ***** money from poor people. I have asked for my refund and everytime they respond they come up with different reasons why they deducted my money twice.
