****** money from my bank account

I was recently visiting my cousin in Hoedspruit to recuperate after 32 days of Radiation therapy for lung cancer. I was due to fly back to JHB on the 10 Jan, but there were warnings of extreme weather conditions and the sand road to and from the main road is 10km and there was a chance of being stuck in for days. So I was forced to changed my return booking to 9 Jan which I tried to do on the website, but unfortunately was unable to do so and was told to phone in. I was told i had to pay an extra amount because i would have to cancel my original flight and re book. As a SASSA pensioner this extra amount that i paid will set me back for a month or two but that would obviously mean nothing to big companies like yours. This morning i see that you have helped yourself to another R229 from my account without my permission. Please tell me who gave you permission to take this money and what it is for?
