Misled by the travel agent

I made a booking, online it showed R440, and when I received a bank notification it was R820, and I called the airline and they told me to call the travel agent and I did, I spoke to a guy called Warren who promised me a full refund, and I called them again in the morning and they said they were waiting for the airline, FlySafair, I called them again in the afternoon and was told that I won't get any refund and I asked them to reinstate the flight ticket than to lose and I was told there is nothing they could do.
