MISLEADING FLIGHT CHANGE PRICING AND POOR SERVICE RESPONSE COUPLED WITH FALSE ADVERTISING

I recently booked a flight with this site and paid for the Flexible travel date option. The site advertised this as free-of-charge which it was very far from.

The fee they wanted to charge me when I wanted to make a change of the departure date was absolutely ridiculous. I sent them an email lodging my complaint and their response was even worse! This was their response: "Please note that airline prices are dynamic in nature and depend on availability, so we cannot guarantee a fixed fare for changes. Additionally, sometimes the app may not display real-time fees accurately."

It was their official app that stated R0.00 fees are due when making the flight change only to later on find out a hefty fee must be paid to make the change; they cover this up by using the above mentioned excuses. Not happy at all and will NEVER suggest or use their services again.
