MISGUIDED,RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL

<p>I would not recommend anyone to use this service they do nothing but try frustrate you and the people are extremely rude. I purchased two plane tickets from them. and rightly so the one name one the one ticket had been misspelt so when flying this was not allowed we called to ask for the advertised 50 USD name change as we understood the mistake and had been told the systems where down GREAT. So we ended up paying for a new ticket. I was advised that my ticket cost 12500 but would be refunded 8500 then on my query the following week was advised they will not refund me but only airtaxes and for 2500 and still needed to pay 400 admin fee THE CHEECK even the airline advised me not to worry as there was no issue with a refund so clearly edreams pocketed the cash to be difficult anyway. if anything comes from this I would not advise using them</p>
