Misguided by eDreams

<p>We searched for lowest Flight Prices from London to Paris and landed on za.eDreams.co.za. WE SHOULD NEVER</p> <p>HAVE TRUSTED THEM!! ("Book Cheap Flights" is what you wil read but not at all!)</p> <p>We booked the flight and found out that eDreams charge us a service fee of R1,037! More than 30% of the value</p> <p>of tickets! Where we could have booked the ticket for free (no service fee) directly on EasyJet's website.</p> <p>So, this was a ****! No need to go through them as they can't even reserve seats, cancel the booking or</p> <p>change any flight detail! They're not even close to what a travel agent would have been able to do. STAY</p> <p>AWAY. STAY AWAY.</p> <p>When we try to cancel, we got to 4 different call centres, each time speaking to someone who have no sense of</p> <p>good service, holding the line as they wanted to contact the airline themselves, have no solution to our</p> <p>problem, don;t know how to cancel at eDreams! Just a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM eDREAMS!!!!!!</p> <p>Up to now, I am unclear as to wwhaat service I have paid for? Just to do a booking on my behalf???</p> <p>---</p>
