Iam soo frustrated right now I just spoke to a guy called Mohamed from Edreams call centre, they have been deducting money from my account without my authority, I called them in March 2025 to query that I was told I activated it when I made a booking. The guy I spoke to then said it has been canceled and Mohamed told me it is pending and they have been teying to debit my account every chance they get. Edreams prime is a **** do not fall for it , I want all my money and bank charges for the exceeded limits as I decided to remove online purchases, they think they are clever to put it as online purchase so that people dont reverse it . They are actually *****ing money from people, anything that says edreams am never going anywhere near it.
