I had an extremely disappointing and frankly alarming experience with eDreams.

After booking a flight through their platform, I explicitly declined any subscription or additional services. Despite this, they somehow used my banking details from the flight payment attempt to charge me R249 without my knowledge or consent. I never agreed to this charge, and I certainly did not save or upload my card details for any future payments.

This feels deceptive and completely *********. Customers should not have to worry about unauthorized deductions after simply trying to book a flight. Transparency and consent are basic expectations, and eDreams failed on both.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when using this service. What should have been a simple booking turned into a frustrating and concerning experience.
